DODA, a job change support service, has launched a project called the “Future Interview Project” to think about how technology will affect interviews. The project includes a virtual reality (VR) experience that simulates an interview with Ryoma Sakamoto. The VR experience was created by one of our Founder, and uses Oculus, a VR system, to make it feel like the user is actually being interviewed. The user’s emotions are analyzed through their voice, and the interview progresses accordingly. At the end of the interview, Sakamoto will suggest a suitable occupation based on the user’s attitude. The goal of the project is to create a more realistic interview experience of the future by using the latest technology.
